Ana Bottega
Ana is a PhD Student in the Department of Economics at the University of São Paulo (USP) and a researcher at the Research Center on Macroeconomics of Inequalities (Made/USP). She visited the Industrial Relations Section at Princeton University from February to March of 2023.
From 2020 to 2023, she was also one of the coordinators of the Keynesian Economics Working Group from the Young Scholars Initiative of the Institute for New Economic Thinking (YSI/INET).
Her research interests lie at the intersection of public finance, macro, and labor economics, mainly focusing on inequality. She is particularly interested in the distributional consequences of different tax policies in developing countries.
