Andrés Gómez-Lobo is an Economist from Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from University College London. He is an Associate Professor at Universidad de Chile. He served as the Director of the Santiago Metro (2008-2010), Chief Advisor to the Minister of Transport and Telecommunications (2008-2010), and the Minister of Transport and Telecommunications of Chile (2014-2017).).
