Oliver is director of the Fiscal Observatory of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia). Pardo is an economist from Universidad Nacional, with a master’s degree and PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics. His research interests include public policy, taxation and especially social security. He is currently an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the Universidad Javeriana. Professor Pardo has important publications in prestigious scientific journals, such as the Journal of Population Economics, and the Journal of Mathematical Economics. He worked at the National Planning Department (DNP).
